I would love to opportunity to mentor you into your best-version of yourself, they way my mentors have shaped me. In 25 years I have done my very-best to share what I have learned with the women I have the honor to lead in hopes that they can take it and add it to who they are and what they can achieve. The person I have loved mentoring most is my daughter, Madison. She grew up in my Mary Kay world, and little did I know that she was watching every move, every milestone, every goal, every lesson.

When she turned 14 she begged me to let her work with me. At first I said, no, you have to be 18 to be in our company. But then I realized, if she was willing, we could start right away with her as my assistant. To make a long story short, she now has a thriving business of her own and we get to work together!
